Every initiative we undertake is driven by teamwork, community participation, innovation, and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable children, women, youth, farmers, and marginalized families.Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise in healthcare, education, women's empowerment, livelihood promotion, environmental conservation, water and sanitation, disaster response, and community development. Our Team Structure

❖ Leadership Team

Our Leadership Team provides strategic direction, organizational governance, and visionary guidance to ensure SRHED fulfills its mission with transparency, accountability, and excellence. Through effective leadership and sound decision-making, they drive the organization's long-term growth and sustainable community impact.

❖ Program Staff

Our dedicated Program Staff plan, coordinate, and manage development initiatives across healthcare, education, livelihood promotion, women empowerment, water and sanitation, environmental conservation, and disaster response. Their commitment ensures every project is implemented efficiently and delivers measurable results.

❖ Field Coordinators

Serving as the bridge between SRHED and rural communities, our Field Coordinators work directly with beneficiaries to organize awareness campaigns, conduct training sessions, monitor project progress, and ensure that every initiative reaches those who need it most.

❖ Community Volunteers

Our passionate volunteers generously contribute their time, knowledge, and skills to support community outreach activities. Whether assisting in health camps, educational programs, environmental campaigns, or emergency relief efforts, they play a vital role in expanding our reach and creating meaningful social impact.
